This week I’ve partnered with the habit-building app Lift, which is available on your iPhone as well as your web browser, to help you track your yoga habits and get support from our community of yogis.
Once you join Lift (it’s free) head over and join the ShareYoga group. There you can track your daily habits of yoga, pranayama, meditation and a daily act of kindness. Feel free to participate in any or all of these, and add your own if you want. Keeping track makes it much easier to stick to your yoga practice.
I will be adding a couple more habits to the group, but I want to get your ideas on what those should be. What should those habits be? Mantra? Something on nutrition?
Either way I hope you join me on Lift, it’s a great resource for building your yoga practice as well as gaining support from other yogis.
