Improve Communication In Relationships With Partner Yoga | Psychology Today Blogs

Psychology Today has an interesting article about Partner Yoga (with some very outdated photos — at least I think so since the woman looks like her yogawear is from the early 80s). But hey if you can get your man (or woman) to do these poses with you, all the more power to you!

Whether Mom’s lectures about your “questionable” lifestyle leave you livid, or you’re exasperated with your significant other for forgetting an anniversary, bickering with loved ones from time to time is normal. 1. I agree, even though my husband does not practice Yoga it has been through my improved perception of life (that Yoga has bought me) has improved our relationship. Before finding Yoga I was a bundle of nerves and much more highly strung. Yoga and meditation has helped me find a peaceful and calm way of looking at the world and would highly recommend Yoga for anyone who needs to find a calmer more balanced life style.
