And the winner of the cute green yoga top is…..

Hey everyone,

Sorry for the delay in announcing the winner to our St. Patrick’s Day contest. We asked our readers to tell us “What is the strangest place you’ve practiced yoga?” And we got some great responses. In fact, so many great responses that I honestly couldn’t decide who should win.  So here’s how I decided on the winner. I read each comment about 5 times each. I then imagined someone trying to do the pose in the place described. The comment that helped me create the most vivid picture turned out to be the winner — and it goes to the woman doing yoga in the shower! But, the good news is I decided to choose an Honorable Mention winner also because I just had to give a shout out to this wonderful image of a motorcycle rider doing a headstand on the side of the road.

So here’s the First Place winner (Don’t try this at home, folks.):

aura well, the strangest place i’ve done/do yoga is in the shower. (lemme explain) it’s not easy shaving legs in the shower, yeah? well, yoga seems to come in handy, as long as you have a slip free tub; otherwise, i say: DO NOT TRY. it’s similar as extended hand to big toe pose. hey, it works! i also tend to throw in a few standing twists and side bends, as well. *grins and shrugs*

And here’s the Honorable Mention:

robyn marin on a river raft in alaska after a long motorcycle ride, just had to bust out a headstand to make things right in my world.

First Place will win the cute green yoga top and Honorable Mention will also win the green yoga top (if I have enough sizes to fit). If not, I’ll give you a choice of yoga top from our Share Yoga Boutique.

Thank you so, so, so much for all the wonderful comments. And if you didn’t win this time, please check back often. We plan to do contests at least once a month. Our last contest we gave away $50! Not sure what we’ll do next, but you can count on us to make it good!

If you are the winner and I don’t contact you soon, please be sure I have your correct email address.
