Kim shares her final thoughts on the Sister vs. Sister 10 Day Meditation Challenge
I know it has been quite some time since my last post but I have continued with a daily meditation practice and I have learned so much! I am so grateful for this experience. So for my final notes I thought I would share a few of my insights:
– My biggest insight is that I have realized that I NEED to meditate. It is as important to my well-being as eating a good meal, brushing my teeth, a good night sleep, laughing with friends or exercising.
