How can we use our yoga practice to cultivate and experience more gratitude?

Gratitude is an important spiritual practice that has many benefits. Such benefits include reducing stress, creating more happiness and even more love in our relationships. Our yoga practice is an excellent opportunity to begin to cultivate a gratitude practice so that we are able to  take the benefits with us off the mat. All month we will be talking about gratitude, why it’s important, how to practice it and personal stories and experiences of gratitude.
