What does courage have to do with yoga?
Each time you step on the yoga mat or sit in meditation, you embark on a journey into the unknown; your own inner journey of self-exploration. Stepping up to that challenge, to that practice, takes courage. This month we’re exploring all aspects of courage: tips to cultivate courage, stories of courage, courage in starting, overcoming fear and failure, dealing with change, asanas for courage, meditation for courage, courage-cultivating pranayama, and more.
