Contact information from the order form is only used to process and ship orders to our customers and to get in touch with them when necessary. Financial information collected is used to bill the customer for products and services they have purchased or requested. We store your contact information in your account where you can login and update it as you like. We do not store your credit card information after we have processed your order. We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Web site.

Changing/Updating Information

Customers have the opportunity to update or change their personal and financial information each time an order is placed. We also offer optional online customer registration, that allows personal information to be edited at anytime through a secured login.

Security

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. All online transactions are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption. This makes it virtually impossible for your information to be stolen or intercepted while being transferred through cyberspace (the Internet). When we receive your order, it is kept encrypted until we're ready to process it.

We offer an opt-in promotional or newsletter Email service and we also offer our Daily MomentOm email. Our promotional email service will include sales, seasonal promotions and other company updates. Your Daily MomentOm email will be sent out most business days and will include an inspirational quote. Any email you receive from us will include an unsubscribe link at the bottom so you can easily remove yourself at any time or update your email address as you desire.

"Tell a Friend" Email Service

This Web site offers a service that will Email a product page and comments to anyone with an Email address. This service allows you to let friends and family know about our great deals and service.
