We want you to be happy with the products you order from us. If you are not satisfied for any reason, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days and we'll be happy to make an exchange or issue a refund. (Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error or if the product is damaged or defective upon arrival. We check all outgoing orders for product quality.) Once we receive the item, we will promptly issue a refund to the credit card used for purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Please follow the steps below to expedite the return process.
Returning or Exchanging an Item
Please follow these instructions to return or exchange an item you purchased on shareyoga.com:
- Please click here to contact us and please tell us why you want to return or exchange the product. Please include the original order number and date purchased. We will respond promptly with a Return Authorization number. No returns will be accepted without an RA number.
- For health reasons, we cannot accept returns on yoga mats.
- Repack the item securely in its original packaging along with the packing slip or a copy of the email receipt.
- Make sure you include your RA number in the following address, and mail the item back to us. We will provide the mailing address in the email response to your return request.
We recommend that you use a reputable, insured carrier (preferably the same carrier that you used to receive the item, such as FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post). We also highly recommend that you insure the item for its full value. Make sure to retain all postal and insurance receipts -- this will protect you in case the item is damaged or lost in transit. All returns must be pre-paid; sorry, we cannot accept COD returns.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, please save the box and all of the packing material and contact us immediately. We'll tell you how to send it back to us at our cost, and we'll send you a replacement right away.
At times, you may need to cancel an order that you have submitted. Because we ship your order as soon as we receive it, it is usually not possible to cancel an order. However, if you catch a mistake in your order soon enough (usually within a few hours) and you notify us via email at email@example.com, we will attempt to cancel the order.

Did you know you can track any package simply be entering your tracking number into Google. For example, if you receive an email stating your USPS tracking number is 0000 0000 0000 0000, simply highlight this number, copy it, and paste it into the Google search form. Then click enter. You will immediately receive a link directly to the US Mail website with your updated tracking information. This also works for UPS, FedEx, and DHL. For more information, click here
